At the annual meeting each year a budget is proposed, voted on and approved. Our annual assessments are based on the approved budget. Some residents may be unaware of how the annual assessments are used. Here's a copy of the 2011 budget without the dollar amounts to provide an overview of how the annual assessments are used. The dollar amounts were omitted because the website is open to the public.
